We ship Lignovancia orders internationally through our partner fulfillment network. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Free Standard Shipping — No Minimum Purchase
Standard shipping is free on all orders to destinations supported by our checkout. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.
If a destination or service is unavailable, Shopify will show this before payment.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery
For most supported destinations, including the United States, the estimated delivery time is 10–18 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, local carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and peak shopping periods can affect transit time.
Where Orders Ship From
Depending on product availability, orders may ship directly from fulfillment partners in mainland China, Hong Kong, or other selected partner locations in Asia. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking can take a short time to begin showing movement after the carrier receives the parcel.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees required by the destination country. Unless a charge is explicitly collected at checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@lignovancia.com. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, we may not be able to change the destination.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will review the shipment with the carrier.
