Can natural or handmade products vary slightly?
Yes. Natural materials, reactive glazes, hand-finishing, and small-batch production can create minor variations in grain, texture, or finish. However, the item you receive should still match the product listing in its core design, material, color family, and structure.
What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the listing?
