3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros (€). Where applicable, they include statutory VAT or applicable duties, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including incorrect pricing or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping for all orders within the European Union with a minimum order value of €19. For orders under €19, shipping costs will be calculated individually at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and shipping method.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We expressly disclaim liability for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address data.

5. Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional or discount codes must be entered during the checkout process.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after verification of the return.
